MM & KM Link Games October 2011 Week 5

Oh dear! I nearly forgot to open the shrubbery gates this evening! Not through negligence mind you - I have been hard at work doing some last-minute tweaking to the clues for the fifth Hot Pot Charity Quiz which is to be called 'Flowers of Scotland'. It will be available from Nov 1st so look out for the launch at the start of next week.

The MM Links game is hotting up with the final lap for October taking place this weekend. As you probably know, the setter this month is 'Morgan le Fay' (aka Euphemia) who has done an excellent job conjouring up links for you to guess.
At present, Roslyn251254 is just 2 points ahead of the field and can be easily caught by any one of many chasers, particularly Mrs albaqwerty, centrino, Shazza Hewat and deecee131.
All is prepared for a launch in Q&P tomorrow morning with the preamble going up at 8:45 and the challenge-words themselves at 9:00.
Be prompt if you can because once each linkword is discovered, bonus points on it remain available for just two minutes.

In out sister game, the KM Links, Seekeerz is back from her hols so the game should run to plan opening in Q&P at 7am. No rush required there as there are no time sensitive bonus points in that game.
Hopefully, Seekeerz is over her internet connection problems and it will launch on time.

I'm back home to my familiar fast broadband so There should be no problems with the MM Game.

The shrubbery is now open for the usual jollity or discussion of tactics.
