Single sofa bed

Can anyone recommend a single sofa bed?

I need one for a small room that can't accommodate a normal single bed but could cope with a chair being converted at night.

It would be regularly used so needs to be good quality and not just a 'guest bed' so to speak.

How old is the person who will be using this bed? Ikea have a childs single bed that you can have short or longer to fit the person using it.

The sofabed is for my son who is 18 so needs to be full size.
I saw a few on Argos but all priced at £100 and being a strong believer of 'you get what you paid for' didn't want to go with them.
