stain on leather sofa

my mum has a cream leather sofa from argos. she bought some brown suede cushions for them and the dye has rubbed off onto the sofa. its not a bad stain but were unsure on what we could clean the sofa with to try to remove the stain. any tips would be apreciated

You can get leather cleaning wipes in Tescos - have you tried those?
can't think of anything your mum might have to clean this off her leather sofa but take a look at this link. Its a little pricey but then if it works its worth it

you could try milk on a cloth - no joke - it takes ink off leather
then wipe over with tepid water or white spirit
We were told to use dove soap on a clean white damp cloth and rub gently over the area until the colour lifted.

I tested this when someone sat on ours with dark coloured jeans and left a stain and it worked! It is gradual and you have to keep at it but it worked
Kim and Aggie use bicarbonate of soda for everything ! You could try asking a leather shop or a furniture shop that deals in leather settees.
