i just use google,thats where i get mine
thats what I do too. I use mine loads. Ive found though that you can cook basically any meat in it with a bit of stock. The other day I had a shoulder of lamb in the fridge and didnt have time to google anything so just chucked it in, with a few carrots and rosemary, and it was just melt in the mouth. i didnt even brown the meat.
look at mumsnet and martins money saving forums, they have good tips and recipes, also look under crock pot as that's the american term

Has anyone got a really nice recipe for cooking neck of lamb in a slow cooker ? Want to go out tomorrow and will be back mid afternoon as want to make my starter, but need to know the lamb wont disintegrate aswell !
