The name of a dance track from the mid 1990's??

I'm trying to identify a dance track from about 1996-98 ish time. It had a repetitive disco sample in it with the sped up vocal like in the one above. It's not Stretch and Vern - I'm Alive either sadly but something along those lines. Something tells me it was a mainstream dance label record but it's driving me nuts not knowing!

The only other thing I can clearly recall about it is that the part of the lyric sounds like it begins with the words/phrase 'Slam a jam' or 'Slam and jam'.

Any help appreciate, it's been floating round my head for weeks now!
