Lastpass problem

Is anyone having problems accessing "Lastpass". I try to log on and a screen appears with the message "Please enable your Lastpass internet explorer browser plugin" with instructions how to do so by enabling the Lastpass toolbar option in "Tools". I checked my option and it was already enabled but followed their instructions and still the same message appears when i try to log in. Is it possible to overcome this so its possible to access Lastpass or would a restore solve the problem

Recommend reinstalling by going to https://lastpass.com/dl in your browser you're experiencing difficulties with.

Never use it ... as I don't consider it as safe as writing down in code and hiding .. but as it involves logging in of some kind on web .. delete all associated cookies and try that first (restart browser)
