outlook express on xp,5 users

we use out express on xp.i have set up all five email addresses on one account eg 5xany@smith .com but when recieving emails they go anywhere,i think whoever opens account first recieves mail rather than who it was addressed to .i want the name on email to go only to their account.can anyone help.

I haven't used Outlook Express for a while but if I remember correctly it could only be set up to receive one mail account. Not sure if this will help but give this a try.

• Create a different folder for each email address.


• Create a rule for each email address that tells OE to move the relevant emails to their respective email folders (e.g. move emails addressed to [email protected] to folder called 1xany)

Hope that helps (at least til someone that uses OE offers a better solution)
