bought a pair of boots via Ebay at 4.10pm yesterday, they were waiting for me when I got home at 3.30pm today - perfect fit and just brilliant - now that's what I call service.

I too am selling books on Amazon but haven't had any feedback yet which I'm quite disappointed about!

Sophie - a book I just bought had a little note in asking me to leave feedback so I did. I think people don't often bother on amazon.

Ah might do that for the next ones then; I always get sent an email from Amzon reminding me to leave feedback so I always do; usually only bother with the star rating but that's enough I think.
