THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS

Cardiovascular Exercise

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 35, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

That's enough for the first day. Great job. But remember!
DON'T OVER DO IT!

Now have a glass of wine.

Very good - will send that to all my geriatric friends (who are much fitter than me!!)

Good advice wolf, now if I can get somebody to open the wine for me...

I have tired myself out with all the surfing today - I think that I need to go and lie down.

What a terribly yucky day it has been today.
*lies down*
lol, I've got 4 cats - consequently I get enought exercise from persistently dealing with "wrong side of the door" syndrome.
I'll come back to this when I'm over 35....

;o)
My goodness, that was exhausting - think I'll need two glasses of wine,.
That is very, very silly!
(But very funny as well, Wolf!)

Now where's that glass of wine which you were offering?
;-)
