No. Barbara herself is someone on the LoG production team - can't remember who, while her voice is one of the LoG themselves. Den Perry is Ted Robbins.

Although Ted Robbins does play the lead singer of Creme Brulee in one episode in the second series

and in episode 1 of series 2 of TLOG, the policeman is played by the same actor who plays dougie hayes, the talent scout in the first series of phoenix nights
