By a process of elimination (Sky Sports Football Yearbook lists only FOUR English Football League players with five letter Christian names and seven letter surnames beginning with L - of these, Claus Lundekvam didn't score in the 1999-2000 season, and David Limbersky only arrived in 2004) so the answer MUST be either David Livermore (Millwall) or Chris Llewellyn (Norwich).

Me again - and by Googling David Livermore, it confirms that he has the distinction of scoring the last goal "of the millennium", an injury time winner against Brentford for Hull City on 28 December 1999 [it would seem pedantic to point out that, because the first millennium began on 1 January 0001 and ended on 31 December 1000 (there was never a Year Nought between BC and AD) the second millennium did not finish until 31 December 2000!!]
