Yeah, he was, wasn't he???
He was never found guilty, ETY.

I see your absence hasn't had any beneficial effect on your personality...
No. YOU are disgusting for making that comment!
I think it's sad for both parties - MJ for ending up in an out of control situation re the prescription meds, and Murray for not having enough sense to refuse to carry out medical procedures he must have known were extremely risky.
MJ was committed to an ever expanding concert at 02, any wonder MJ's adrenilin was out of control ?

That does not give Murray the right to risk his life. For the pay he received Murray could have hired UCLA surgery & staff to monitor MJ's rest under propofol. Murray's counsel even tried to blame Klien (previous doc) for prescribing dugs !
Dr Conrad Murray - scapegoat + sacrificial lamb. My hero.

Dr.Conrad Murray was correctly found guilty of involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson was a drug addict and was living on borrowed time.

Conrad Murray was a human being first and a doctor second and as such had all the failings bestowed on any human being.

I can think of few people that have been offered $200,000 a week for a period of roughly six months who would not seriously consider such an offer, as Dr Murray did....greed, avarice, whatever the reason ......certainly I would have probably jumped at the chance. Now, your employer holds all the trump cards and in this situation, when he say "jump" then you jump.
He gave Propofol in my opinion to MJ at the request of MJ and he died on the end of that needle (just my opinion, as only CM really knows the truth)

Dr Murray was with the wrong patient at the wrong time and is paying the price.
Have I read you right sqad....you say you would prescribe killer drugs for payment; as a human frailty.

At that rate we could all risk lives for payment and 'hope' to get away with it.
tambo

\\\Have I read you right sqad....you say you would prescribe killer drugs for payment; as a human frailty. \\\

Every drug can be a killer drug.....you just don't know where or when or to whom it will happen................until it has killed.

\\\At that rate we could all risk lives for payment and 'hope' to get away with it.\\\

Not so tambo...few people would ever be in that category to have to face that decision. Every day, anaesthetists in particular are in that situation and nearly all the time "get away" with using potentially lethal drugs.

On very rare occasions.........their luck runs out as does the patients.
