Free SMS pictures etc.?

Is there a genuine free service that allows you to send free pictures or music from your pc to a mobile phone ? I've checked a number of supposedly free sites and it seems that there is always a catch (financially) somewhere.

The best way is to buy something like LogoManager software and a cable.I know this works with Nokia phones, not sure aboutother makes though. This enables you to connect the computer to the phone and upload and design your own stuff. It's more flexible and easier to use than the software which comes with your Nokia. It can also be used with infra red if you have it on the phone and your pc. See http://www.logomanager.co.uk/ for details. (No, I'm not on commission, I just think it's good, cheap software).
