Anybody help here. Bought a 2008 Nissan Note last Friday and I never noticed it but neighbour came over to admire the car and noticed a crack in back light that was covered with masking tape.

Contacted the place where I bought the car on the Monday and I think he is fobbing me off saying he cannot get the part. Contacted him today (Friday) and he said he rang some place at a quarter past 5 last night and could not get any answer. I think he will give me some run around.

Where do I stand. Thanks for any answers.

well if you stand at the front you won't notice it.

ok, seriously, at least he is not saying that it was fine when it left the garage, or that it was sold as seen. so you have some hope. keep on at him until he resolves it or otherwise.
