about Des Lynam presenting now? I think he is ok, seems very nervous though

I thought he seemed very nervous too, I think he is very worried about trying to be too much like Richard or seeming to be too confident in the role. I think once he gets into his stride and is more himself the better he will be. At the moment I am finding him a bit too wishy-washy, but I'm sure that will change.

It must be really difficult to follow anyone in this sort of nature. He knows the general public are going to compare him to Richard and if he's to overly confident people would think it an insult . I personally think he's doing ok and will get better as time goes by.

He's doing ok and once he gets used more comfortable with the show he will do fine

Monday: very nervous, and going through the motions
Choozday: better
Wenzday: much better, and even doing some banter and jokes with Carol

By the time he has become established, he will be just as good as Richard Whiteley - albeit in his own style.
