Isn't that the plot of a CSI or Bones episode?
Yes.
I have done it. Twice. And I died both times.

Possibly, i got the riddle sent to me via text message and my friend realy enjoys sleuthing and conspiracy theories etc..
Think it happened in Simpsons when Homer tried to steal Moe's car for insurance fraud; can't imagine it would actually happen in too many real life circumstances but anything's possible!
Only if you have the resources of a big film studio - stuntmen, special effects etc.

You can with a Smart Car...............

Craft only if you're a really small dwarf id' guess as those cars and their owners are pretty small.
For the sake of the riddle lets go with a normal 4 door car with an average sized driver of average weight.
I'm gonna say no, because once you've jumped out of the car how are you going to increase speed in order to catch it up again? Probably wrong I know.
D-.

Must try harder.
:-(
No fans of The Simpsons then? It sounds extremely like a scene where Homer steals Moe 's car so that Moe can claim on his insurance, so he can keep seeing his girlfriend... (The bit in the vid starts at 2:24)

I mentioned that JudgeNutmeg!!
Sorry soph. Just not reading things tonight...
S'Ok :o) One of the better Simpsons episodes I think!
Haha! That was the first thing that came into my head as well! Only Homer eh :D
I can agree that is a question, but hardly a riddle.

Hit a trampoline and it may be possible, but otherwise I'm guessing the sideways motion and the convoluted path ensures the driver fails to catch up again with the vehicle.
