Hi all, I've been toying with the idea of getting email with my own doman name.. Problem is, I'm thick as $H!t and don't know how to do it!

Can any one with a bit of knowhow  give me some advice?

buy a domain at somewhere like:
http://www.web-mania.com/

they offer free emails too. you can opt to use their email accout to use your email, or you can have all_email_addresses@your_domain.com to go straight to your normal hotmail account...

I've just bought a domain name and brinkster.com, who I got it from, offer an easy to use website where you can manage the email.

I can either have everything sent to this new address redirected to an existing email (such as hotmail or gmail) or I can log into brinkster's site and check it there.

Dead easy.

You could get a friend or family to buy one for you as a Christmas present.

They offer a funky gift service. I got a really certificate thru the post when my girlfriend bought mine for me.
