I watched a TV programme tonight where a former Dr of Michael Jackson/s said MJ always insisted on having a anastioligst (sp) around him when taking propahoal (sp). this is going back to 08-09.
Now, what I want to know is why didn't Dr Murray's defense call the Dr that first gave MJ propaphol?

Another culprit is MJ's management.
It seem to me they-the management team- wanted to get 50 shows out of him within 50 days. It was too much to ask.

Do a defense team not go back beyond 0-11?
It just doesn't seem right, Dr Murray hired a team of "fine" lawyers to defend him
yet they didn't go back to the sourcw .

Murray deliberately didn't take the stand so that he can appeal. This story is not done yet.

i watched the programme dolt cm. defence team were rubbish. but i think if cm. had pleaded insanity he may have been found not guilty, a very strange character, basically he was a drug supplier to mj.

Anne, i wouldn't call Dr M "drug supplier" . I do believe he tried to ween MJ off the prophoal,. His defense team were just too lax in their defense of him.
