Back button not working

When I open a post on AB, after reading I would click on the back button (top left) and it returns me to the AB page that I was on. Yesterday and today that doesn't happen - nothing happens and pressing alt and back arrow doesn't either.The only way I ca get back to AB is by clicking on short cut icon which returns me to head of first page every time. Is this a computer glitch?or is it general?
I can't retrieve any e-mails either, but I am with Supanet and they have red alert on log in page which states E mail service is down. Could this be relevant?

There have abeen quite a few threads on this over teh last couple of days. If you look on Editor's Blog you'll see a message from teh Ed about it.
The answer for now may be to change your browser to Firefox

Happening to me too. Back button has not been working for the past couple of weeks, and only on AB. I'm using Firefox v3.6.34 ('cos I'm quite happy with it, and I'm used to it). It's strange that this problem seems to be occurring with a range of browsers, yet is confined to the AB website (at least, it is in my case).
