Is it usual to have more discharge than normal in the first trimester of pregnancy? Discharge is clear (a bit like the cervical mucus you get when ovulating) and non-smelly, but just seem to have a lot of it. It's driving me crazy because i always feel wet and have to keep checking my knickers to see it's not blood.

Hi, im on my 3rd pregnancy now. Yes its totally normal for secreations to increase. If it becomes itchy, smelly, blood tinged then contact your GP or miwife. It will get worse throughtout your pregnancy, i use panty liners some days which help keep me feeling fresher.
