How have your Mondays been?

I had a crap night sleep so woke up in a doubly crap mood. Got into to work to find not one, not two but three men in my office and I hate it when they are in the office in the morning, espcially on a Monday. Spent the morning trying to work out an insurance claim after a van accident as we have a billion companies claiming they are working for our insurers then spent the afternoon harrassing people to pay their invoices while being harrassed for not paying ours. Since then I have had a row with the ex and have felt like killing my Dad no less than 9 times. So, it's been about a standard Monday.

Feel free to either moan as much as me or gloat about how wonderful your day was. x

ooh bugger Chrissa............:-(
Chrissa - I am sorry to hear that. However, a friend of mine did that last year after her retail business failed. She got early discharge. Her relief at having taken that step made her look 10 years younger. Not a nice step to take and will have ramifications, but there is an upside.......
Oh I am so sorry to hear that, Chrissa....wish I had some extra to help you out.

That is so miserable....the one bit of news is that things should be, they say, upwards. I know that might sound daft at the moment, but hang in there.

I am thinking of you. You are one of the NICE people on here who deserve better.
Oh dear Crissa, so sorry. But perhaps this will enable you to move on and alleviate your worries. It's not always a bad thing. There is life after bancruptcy. Take care.

Ah Chrissa, that must be such a hard decision to make.

On the bright side, Daddy poops was declared bankrupt (about 10 years ago now) and looking back, it was the best thing he could have done. He doesn't own anything anymore apart from a second hand motorbike which is his lifes pleasure but he also doesn't owe anyone any money and can spend his wages on mince pies and his Grandkids.
Crissa, what a dreadful year you've had. I really feel for you.♥

So sorry to hear that Chrissa, we hade to make ourselves bankrupt nearly four years ago (two weeks before thing 1 and 2 were born) and it was a terrible time for us (we got evicted, almost ended up in temporary accommodation with five children, etc, etc). Hope everything sorts itself put with the minimum of hassle, x.
Sorry to hear that Chrissa. I hope things get better for you really soon.
My day was spent to-ing and fro-ing with my bus pass to different places. Weather deteriorated and I got wet at tea-time!
Chrissa, it's a weight off your shoulders. don't feel guilty, the times we live in push people to take on more liabilities than they can handle.

I hope you'll feel happier about it in a few weeks, and there's no stigma attached these days!
Thank you All for your kind posts. My house is gone anyway and I don't need to ask for credit anymore. As long I can keep a roof over my and my daughters head and have enough to live then I'll be happy. It will be a relief actually, as you all said.
Sorry to hear that Chrissa, there seems to be loads of people in dire straits at the present time. Some of the worry will be off your shoulders now. Take care of yourself and those you love.

Evian, I've had a boring day, cleared out a cupboard to get rid of clutter but it looks worst than ever. Wish the sun would shine. Hope you have a better day tomorrow.
We're thinking of you chrissa :-)
Its my 2nd day into my week off and I have been sooo lazy, I stayed in bed until almost 9.00, (I hate being in bed that late), we went out and did a bit of shopping and then went to our favourite garden Centre for a carvery, that was delicious, we then came home and went to bed for a couple of hours to watch TV. We raised again and pottered on here for a while and the I cooked bubble and squeak. We will go to bed shortly and watch a bit of TV. Tomorrow I must do some work, so many jobs to be done!! Mind you, I had a busy day yesterday in the garden :)
Chrissa - hang on in there girl. If that is what you have to do then go for it. Making the decision is the hard part. Good luck. You can always talk to us as talking is free.
chrissa1, so sorry to hear of your news :((
Bless you all. Onwards and upwards.
do you know what chrissa, i wonder if this decision will turn out to be positive for you and your family, i do hope so take care. anne ♥
