Is that really wise this time of night? Having read your earlier thread I can understand your need to get out and clear your head. So go if you feel you must but stay safe
What now tinker? Its after midnight!! - I wouldn't venture out in my street , the miserable council switch the street lights out at 11.45pm and its pitch black out there - very scary!
But im all fidgety!!! And wouls love to just get wrappd up over my pyjammas n chuck some boots on! Even a wee walk to thr bank or something worthwhile! Main street all lights...hmmm x
Even so Tinkerbell, I don't think its safe for you on your own at this time of night - unfortunately its a sad sign of the times! but best to stay safe, switch on some nice soothing music instead............ x
I agree with Ann on the music front... although the soothing music i've got on consists of the Nirvana back catalogue... It makes me feel a tad better :)
Im a great reader usually- cant sleep if i dont read! Just finished a book- and have an essay to tie up so havent started a new onr cos i get distracted haha
Have a magazine but had the light out for a while to try to sleep. May go make tea. Bad as it may seem im still hurt and upset and wont be speaking for a while at home! Glad im nights after tomorrow so i dont even have to interact with anyone till saturday xx
OK Tinks. Here's a thought forget the tea unless it is decaf - warm milk maybe? Hot choccie? Just try and relax. Write down everything that's happened and then put it out of your head - difficult I know but give it a bash
I go for a six mile walk every night which takes me one and a half hours. I walk the same route along a main road, across the fields then back through the country. It's very quiet at this time of night and I often see lots of animals such as foxes, badgers and deer.
I left tonight at 1am and got back at 2.30. It's very drizzly tonight but very humid. I couldn't wear a coat as I never wear anything more on top than a white T-shirt as I walk so fast I keep warm - even in the winter.
