Anyone got any experience of Skylanders?

Does anyone's kids have the Skylanders game and what's your view on age group for it? for example would it be too young for my 10 year old?

Hi we have it, was bought for 7 year old , but her brother 10 plays it all the time.
It is a young game, but they both love it, he even bought chapters out of his own money.

But it's subjective, What are your child's favourite games? If its mario, spyro, the this game is good if it s things like call of duty, Gta etc then maybe not :-)

Thanks fever, he's not allowed CoD, Gta etc. His favourites are any of the lego games, particularly star wars and Naruto or pokemon and Lord of the Rings - he likes fantasy stuff and I don't mind the fighting etc when it's not real people :o) I've bought it now anyway so he'll just have to like it!!
