He didn't actually say sorry though, did he, he just turned tables and blamed the victim, but as much as I think the toe rag deserves to be strongly punished, it does actually give out a powerful message for all householders to be continually on their guard and not leave windows open, keep purses on top of shopping bags, leave valuables on back seats of cars in full view etc etc - I bet burglars really smile to themselves just how stupid some folks can be.
