Well you could be I'd guess. If they only want the opinions of those who already spend lots, they aren't going to learn much about how to improve their deals and increase revenue. But if you can find out how to turn a 42p a month customer into a £5 a day one, that'd be worth knowing.

If it was spam email or a phone call then I'd ignore it. I get lots of emails claiming to be from Argos, Tesco etc offeringa £200 voucher but when you hover over the sender's email address you see it's from Eastern Europe, and involves signing up to all sorts of sites. I also get spam emails offering me the opportunity to test a laptop for free and then keep it for nothing.
