My son wants a racing game for his xbox, will it be better for him to have the steering wheel and pedals to go with it ( he's nearly 7 years old). And are all the racing games compatible with the steering wheel

Forza Motorsport is one of the best Xbox driving games and supports a steering wheel (although i think most driving games support them as they are just similar to a joybad when u plug it in) Project Gotham Racing 2 and Burnout 3 are also very good too.

As for is it worth having a wheel? Well i havent got one for xbox but i had one for my PC and was a lot better experience. I would say that a good quality wheel would definatly make Forza Motorsport a better game than just using a joypad!

forza is a hardcore racing game that rewards 'proper' driving.your young son may enjoy something more like midtown madness,burnout or need for speed that are more 'arcadey'
