I saw an advert on Living TV and it was for a program called "Derek Achoras Ghost Towns". Hoped this helped and hope it wasnt an old advert!!!

I went to see Derek's live show last week and he explained why he was leaving. He said that his psychic helpers had told him it was time to develop himself further and explore other areas and he wasn't able to do that in Most Haunted, so he felt that he had no choice but to leave as there was nothing else he could offer the program. Or something like that ;-)

the previous most haunted live to this weekends he was saying he would leave after the next live show because he had other projects on the go that he was going to explore including a new living show called ghost towns. he also said that although he would be doing this and leaving he may still return one day but for now he sees it as the end of his experience.

Another psychic is joining the team from the next live show in december, as is also a new presenter as that blonde lad is leaving too

I read an interview in a magazine with both Yvette and Derek, and the editorial implied there was a definite frostiness between the two of them. Can't find the article now, and haven't heard anything else to substantiate it.

I have heard that it turns out he is a fraud, I don't remember where I read/heard this, but I endeavor to try and find it for you :)

Yep guys, there were articles all last weekend in various papers that he has been exposed as aa fraud, as he was being given false info on the potential spirits he may come across by an agrieved sresearcher, info on non existant people from history of the venue, Derek then proceded to 'speak' to these made up spirits via Sam.
