to do justice to 2nd day Lasagne..with chips..yeah I know..classy.yum

A ripe and generously fruity red with flavours of mullberries and brambles.
A superb match for rustic Mediterranean dishes.

Mine is a Roquefort Papillon, from La Fromagerie in Marylebone.

I forgot to take it out of the fridge this morning, so it will be a while before I can eat it.

What happens to Roquefort in those caves ,jj? is Stilton a similar thingy..?
I don't know. I just eat it. Papillon is my favourite Roquefort.

The Roquefort must have resided in a particular warren of caves...to be Roquefort..am I right?
