My wife has a BMW mini with an automatic gearbox, The car has only done 30,000 miles. Yesterday I drove it for the first time in months and when i drove up a hill i noticed the clutch was slipping quite bad. my question is.. has this gearbox/clutch got any clutch adjustment on it or is ita case of a new clutch/gearbox.

A car with an automatic gearbox does not have a clutch. Something may be wrong, but there is no clutch to adjust.
It does have a clutch, and automatic one, yes new clutch almost certainly.
Ah, yes an automatic one. I was thinking of the manual type where you depress the clutch pedal and it can be adjusted.
checked the fluid lately ? it may have only done 30,000 miles but how old is the vehicle ? The 'clutch' as you call it is completely different to a manual box and it isnt replaced as such or really wears out , its all electronicaly controled.
the bands could be gone, this could be as a result of holding it on a hill slightly revving it slightly instead of using the handbrake or running it low on oil, its a gearbox out job so it might be expensive

Depends on how old it is..

Early ones had a CVT auto box, later ones had a 6 speed semi auto.
