Kitten has wet poop
6 Answers
I have a 4 month old kitten who has wet poop named Harley. This is the second time it has happened. I had him for one month and then my husband and I got a second kitten. The second kitten had wet stool and gave it to Harley and both of them were put on an antibotic by the vet for parasites they both had. Harley and hunter have both been dewormed and up to date on all of their shots. They have been tested for all of the tests the vets ask. After the antibiotics was completed Harley and hunter had normal poop and now two weeks later only Harley has wet stool again. Has anyone else had this problem? What could it be? Is there anything I can do to help stop it? He has normal behavior and I will be going to the vet next week but just wanted some information. Thanks

MY old cats had this when they were kittens - kept passing it back and forth for months! The only thing I could do apart from giving the medication supplied by the vet, was to feed them bland stuff that was easy on their wee tums - boiled rice and chicken, white fish etc. It cleared up eventually and they both lived to ripe old age :)
