Oven temperatures

Hi all, do we think recipes (Jamie Oliver's in this instance) these days give temps suitable for fan or ordinary ovens? Thankee kindly

ordinary probably, then you adjust it for your particular oven

Thanks bednobs, seems likely doesn't it. In the olden days recipes used to give both.

TBH i think all fan ovens behave slightly differently, for example in my old on you used the same temp but put it on for less time, on this one you lower the temp but do it for the same time
