i made vegetable soup (with chicken stock) and froze it the same day.



After thawing out, how long would i be able to keep it refrigerated before eating it, without risking food poisoning?

I wouldn't risk more than 24 hours, just to be on the safe side. If you have a modern fridge with a built-in digital thermometer I think it should read no more than 5 degrees.
