ok sales teams currently have field sales person of the months and telesales person of the month
the winners get £100 each in vouchers
now they want to have Sales person of the month who get s £100 and sales team of the month
now they don;t want to give the team money as the teams are diff sizes and it will be unfair so split the £100 between 9 one month then 3 the next.
So i need a team prize £100- not a meal or a night. it needs to be something i can buy and split between the team. a hamper has been suggested but this seems like far to much hard work for me, i just want something i can buy online, or worst case walk to sainsburys :-)

Or why not make it £10 each the first month, and whatever is left over goes to the next month, so a team of four the first month get £40 and £60 rolls to the second month. The next month there is £160 between whatever size the next bunch of winners is. It would make every other month a bit dull and the alternate months maybe worth having.
I love the rollover idea.
I'm not in sales (was, I'm not ruthless enough, hence was haha) but in my current place we have a reward and recognition scheme and if for the team then they are given an amount and choose the voucher they want to use as a team so it could be say Pizza Express to get a load of pizzas delivered in (amazing how much you can get with all the discounts they do too!) or for restaurant chains or a supermarket to buy all sorts of stuff for a buffet or loads of treats. You just order the voucher they chose so you're job is done.
I would say one could go to the charity of their choice but depends if they would go for that!
You can get more funky hamper type things like on cult sweet sites where you can get all the stuff you used to eat as kids.
A bar tab could be popular if given by card to the barperson.
