Pity really, if it was a kosher thread, the lad was asking for advice.

Perhaps if people don't believe the sincerity of a user or a post they'd be better off reporting the thread instead of responding to it.

I didn't believe half of it either but we should have stuck to advice .
He was looking at a jail term of at least 5 years more if the 'race' card had been played.
On an aside , does anyone else notice that posts about '' I've been done for GBH'' and the like are seemingly inevitably going to look as though the poster is virtually illiterate ? Someone once said to me that there is a type of person who ''thinks with their fists, not with their head''

Hi Ed, Sec 20 GBH can be racially aggravated but not a Sec 18 GBH. (if the post was regarding an 18).

It didn't specify a charge , he just said GBH with intent so I assumed S18.
Thanks for the info about racial motivation though something I was not aware of.
