I Bought one earlier this year and used it to kick start my diet and to try and get fit (I have now lost 3st 9lb Yaaaay) I used it quite a lot at first and didnt miss a day for about 3 months. I would recomend it but its not without its faults! the weight measurement is not the most accurate and I don't think its healthy to weigh yourself everyday (you can get a bit obsessed by it!) but the exercises are fun and you can choose different excersise routines to work on different parts, like for your tummy for eg.
