Can anyone please recommend a decent and good value site where one can send a digital photo and receive back a physical jigsaw (either card or wood)? Many thanks.

If you want this for Christmas, I'd recommend you go to the high street. You can take the picture via memory stick and download it yourself at somewhere like Jessops, Snappysnaps etc or ask them to help you. As MMs says Asda do them and Tesco.
