There are also beaches where Western women can wear bikinis and beer is allowed, the only problem is that the Pakistani males are staring, complain about the females showing flesh because there wife's are not allowed. but the police just ignore them.

Just got back from Nile cruise, tbh would have still gone minus alcohol, but from what we saw the Egyptian people are desperate for tourists, down from 300plus to 60 cruise boats:-(
From what I have read the Muslim Brotherhood would be the better option though, compared to El-Nour, who would impose strict Sharia Law.
Either way, from what we saw last week, the tourist economy would collapse.
