I thought a turkey was a turkey, what's the difference between a "normal" turkey and the northern black turkey and is it worth getting?

I used to sell a lot of turkeys at the shop where I worked and we sold equal amounts of white and bronze (the bronze were always about 40p a pound more expensive)
Jamie Oliver is now working for Morrisons, so has changed which Turkey he thinks is the best. Just get the best value for money and forget about these money grabbing chefs.
