Giff Gaff

Hi, Does anyone know about Giff Gaff. I saw it mentioned recently on MoneySaving Expert and just wanted to be sure what it is.
Am I right in thinking that if I buy an iphone 4s I can then get a free sim from Giff Gaff and then buy a goody bag package.
If that is correct and I buy a £10 goodybag does that mean I have to pay £10 every month or do I just top it up as the credit runs low.
They dont have a phone number to call and ask these questions.

According to Wikipedia it is owned by O2.
Many suppliers offer free SIMs on occasion, It's in their interest for you to have their SIM card.

I've not checked in detail but their goodie bags seem to be simple descriptions of the various plans they sell.

Giff Gaff is an online sim card provider. You can buy goody bags from £5 to £25. The more you spend the more minutes you get per month. I usually buy a £10 one and get 250 minutes a month plus unlimited texts and internet..You have to buy a new one every month regardless of whether you have used all your minutes or not, but I find they are very good value for money and use mine all the time now instead of my landline. You order your sim card on-line from giffgaff.com Hope this all makes sense.
