Does anyone know whether the music used in the Tio Pepe sponsers ad for Hell's Kitchen is part of a longer piece of written music or was it just created for that advert?

Think its a longer piece as im certain that ive heard it before. Afraid I dont know where its from. Arent the adverts irritating after a while though?
