i recevied a Penalty Charge Notice from council...the reason for this Penalty Charge is:failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone...the alleged contravention was seen by camera...what's going on if i don't pay the Penalty?What can i do? They can take me to court? Can you help me on this? Thanks!

okaaaaaay...but did you do it????? i think that's what cassa is asking (and me). if you went into the pedestrianised area, then you are liable for the fine. it is really very simple....and you take your own risk of not paying the fine in that case. what else is there to debate? either you did...or you didn't.
