Is there a way i can tell how much i have used on the internet each month from watching TV or downloading it. thank you all.

As far as I know, it would be up to your service provider to provide such a facility. BT offer this facility, not sure about Virgin or Sky, you would have to ask them.

There are several programs you can install that will tell you what an individual computer has used, but the most reliable way is to check to see if your ISP provides usage data if you log onto their website.
