if they are crusted and blistered put ice cube on, if not quite at that stage yet hold hot tea bag on. And just remember dont cover them up. May look bad to you but people with worse facial injuries, disfigurements etc.

I am using Zovirax but will try the tea bag - that's the first time I've heard this.
