Not been a great day.......

I had to go to the dentist this morning with a knackered gnasher. The tooth wouldn't come out so the gum had to cut in three places and retracted back to the bone. The bone of the socket had to be burred away to expose the tooth and removed from the socket that way, the root was twisted behind the bone. Gum replaced and stitched back together....6 of them. Now in lots of pain..... it hurts a lot...an awful lot, anyone got some spare Morphine???

<try co-codamol soluble dissolved in some squash - always helps when I have tooth problems - although yours seem on a more epic scale than I've had for a while>

I too went to the dentist yesterday, 21st, broken filling. Wonderful dentist and I didn't feel a thing. Really feel for you as I'm dental phobic. Hope you're better soon. Didn't he prescribe some painkiller, though I guess not morphine?

Hi Folks, much better this morning though my ample gut thinks my throat has been cut. I had some tramadol once I got home yesterday and getting to work tonight depends on whether it wears off enough to let me drive.
