Thanks - I should indeed have posted on Food & Drink. In my panic and frustration - not to say the imbibing of some wine, I pressed the wrong shortcut. The recipe has now been re-found, the spice mix made, and mighty funny it smells, too.
More of a triumph is a tomato & chilli chutney which sneaks up on you.
