cd recorder not seen

recently rebuild with a new hard disk (XP PRO) now nero won t see the burner i have removed the driver and reinstalled but still no good,help

I had roughly the same problem with my printer, in the end I downloaded it off the net, don't know if you've tried this, but mine was successful.

check the new hard disk's jumper setting.

if you have two hard drives on one IDE cable, then one should be set to slave, and the other to master. if burner is on its own cable, it should be set to master.
