Taken from a piece in our local paper about the Royal family being at Sandringham for Christmas.

"Members of the Royal Family traditionally open their presents on Christmas Eve and delight in seeing who can devise the cheapest or most amusing gift."

Do you think they go shopping? Or do they send people out to find the most amusing gift from poundland?

'Cheapest or most amusing gift'

They must go to Lidl or Aldi then. Both boxes are ticked.
Funny you should ask that maidup 'cos I was in Poundland yesterday and who should be in the queue but the bloody Queen! Bought a load of stuff she did, it came to about £13.

With tubes of glitter at 5 for a pound, they'd be having a lovely messy play.
I would love to be a fly on the wall and actually see what they bought each other .... and what happened to the cheap presents afterwards!
