It's Blackpool, the dumping ground for all of the UK's dregs of society.
Sadly this isn't shocking to those of us who live nearby, stuff like this happens far too often.
I remember when that was featured on 'The Secret Millionaire'....despicable that some one would do that-and very sad.
Hi B, missprim,

Nothing surprises me anymore of criminals acting the way they do in the UK. They have no feelings for anybody but themselves.

The reason I think is the light sentences they get when they come to court and they know that, so a few weeks in hotel prison or a few hours community service dosent worry them.

Until the Government starts bringing in strict laws, things will never change unfortunately.

The UK, is now getting a sad Country that we live in, unlike before in our time when a copper could give a bad behaving youth a clip on the ear, with no comeback!!!! :-(

Have a good Xmas B.
I know here in the U.S. that I'm not sure there are enough prisions available to hold all the scumbags. And the cost of keeping them takes so much money.
uncaring, unthinking, miserable effin bstards.
Ditto em, and they want respect - what a joke
Thanks for alerting us to such cheery news a Christmas.
Seems a bit odd. 7am is quite an unusual time for a burglary. And there were no guests. And torching the place to cover a break in seems a bit pointless. A grudge or something else is my guess.
It's awful, but all it takes is one sociopath with a lighter. Most people are really OK. With hope and support they'll rebuild the facility - the nutter will be wrong in t'head till they die.

Awww, its a lovely place too. It has (had?) all giant inflatable's on the walls of it, looks (looked?) really sweet.

Hope they can re-build.
was it Tonywiltshire who was looking to donate money to the other day,,,,I can't remember (if it was, he was on AB a few minutes ago). Well, here is a needy cause that you could offer some of your dosh too.......
He's made a Christmas post on R&S, and still replying on it DT, so if you wanna jog his memory...?
