Very last one (as so often). 20a Opposed to attitude of the Lady of Lake [sic] (9). C-N-T-N-E. CON = against STANCE = attitude. Why the Lady of Lake? Which lady is that then?

Double meaning I presume, both a woman's name and a lake.
LAKE CONSTANCE I think it's on the Rhine
Con- short for contra- against, opposed. Attitude-stance.
