Who's having leftovers today?
28 Answers
Having just read through NoMs Christmas lunch thread from yesterday with all the delicious feasts I was wondering what you are all having today?
Are you starting from scratch or having indulgent leftovers from yesterday where you have all the gain and no pain?
We'll be on Gravadlax to start; cold roast beef, new pots with salads to follow and left over ginger and choc mousse with spiced perry poached pear. This evening I'll be breaking out the cheese.
All of this is assuming the stomach bug I have had for the past 36 hours subsides.......

Like you, I'm normally no great fan of panettone. It's often too dry and bland. But I can highly recommend what I had for breakfast this morning (together with lashings of extra-thick double cream)!

We usually have the leftover turkey from Christmas Day done as another Boxing Day roast but as my sister in law did Christmas dinner yesterday mum made it from scratch - nothing like my mum's roast dinner :)
Had more of a low fat version this year and she did me special gravy and mash instead of roasties bless her and had a mince pie with the brandy sauce rather than Christmas pudding :) My SIL did the same yesterday, all low fat save the cheeseboard but managed to resist...just! Once I've had my op I'm so buying my own cheeseboard :)
Just had a turkey sandwich for tea (sent back with leftovers :)).
